“4runners4christ” is a boots on the ground ministry. It is not a church and there is no building per say. It is an engaging missionary and prayer movement. Our goal is to help men and women pursue the principles and person of Jesus Christ resulting in sustainable and transformed lives. Our goal is to come along side those who are open to the power of the gospel of Christ , teaching them the word of God and training them to teach it to others. Raising up other 4Runners to raise more 4runners.
Inner City Focus
We are deeply moved by issues impacting our community. Instability and dysfunction permeate our culture. The African American community is exponentially affected by these issues. Because there is no mobilizing and engaging presence in our community, destructive cycles continue to violate and destroy families. Therefore our goal is to reach theses families by constantly being present in the communities that are effected the most. We want to see effective, sustaining, reproducing Christ centered communities in the inner city across the nation that will in turn equip other believers to live victorious lives and reach urban families for Christ - both in their neighborhoods and the world at large. The ministry consists of bible studies , men forums , small group studies, monthly prayer initiatives, community outreach, yearly partnership with CIU for inner city basketball camp, in school mentoring through daybreak ministries, and one on one discipleship.
4Runners4Christ Name
At age 16, Sinclair began cultivating a musical gift around christian rap music. His mentors began to call him 4Runner as his “rap” name. Many years later Sinclair truly believes this name was given prophetically as he grew and matured into his calling to be a carrier of Gods Holy word. The name originates from John the Baptist who was a 4 runner for the coming of the Christ .(Scripture reference : Mark 1:3, Matthew 3:1-3 ,Isaiah 40:3)
The body of Christ is NOW 4Runners for the second coming of the Lord!!!
***May we all wake up to the 4Runner spirit that is upon us as we prepare the way of the Lords return***

~Jami Salters~
SINCLAIR SALTERS
Evangelist – Urban Missionary
Sinclair was raised in Columbia SC. He graduated from C.A. Johnson High School in 1995. In May 2015 he received his Ministerial License from the Ecumenical Church of Columbia SC.
On May 31st 2020 Sinclair received an associates degree in cross style theology through Ecumenical University worldwide. He continues his ministry training and professional development to equip him and build his capacity for ministry. At age 16, Sinclair began cultivating a musical gift around rap music. That gift is still going strong today. In addition to preaching the Gospel to the masses, his musical gift allows him to minister through Christian hip-hop rap. This door of opportunity helps him make connections and draw youth and young adults through hip-hop music. Sinclair feels called of God to the mission field. This calling keeps him as close as the streets of Columbia SC ministering to the disenfranchised but has also taken him as far away as Nicaragua. His first missionary visit to Nicaragua in 2016 had such profound impact that he was invited back a few months later to minister to additional communities in the area. He is an Evangelist whose heart is to see lives transformed through the loving power of Jesus Christ and God’s sacred Scriptures.
Sinclair’s overall call to serve focuses on the down trodden, fatherless, voiceless and the forgotten within urban communities. He is passionate about Jesus and desperate to make Christ known to others. He is a man who lives an authentic Christian faith. He currently spends most of his time sharing his faith and making followers of Jesus Christ. His discipleship ministry includes training new believers who are able to disciple others as well. Sinclair lives in Columbia SC, with his beautiful wife, Jami Salters and three wonderful daughters and grandchildren.
“Sinclair and Jami are a “ministry power couple” who willingly go wherever God sends them to care for His people. They have hearts that are Kingdom-focused. They are selfless, courageous, and willing to do the “hard work of ministry”. They will pursue the lost, have hard conversations, and declare the gospel—whenever and wherever God directs. They are the most unconditionally loving people I know. Their passion for Christ is reflected in their heart for people.”

The vision of “4runners4christ” is to reach families by constantly being present in the community. To see effective, sustaining, reproducing Churches in the inner city across the nation that will equip believers to live victorious lives and reach urban families for Christ - both in their neighborhoods and the world at large.
It is only by faithful financial sponsors and prayer partners that we are able to be a full time presence in the communities that need us most. Would you consider partnering with us by becoming a monthly financial supporter of the ministry?
Sinclair was as he often says...
"Born on a pew.” He was in church all his life. In fact growing up his parents had a small church in their home. Sinclair often describes his religious experience as always trying to earn God's acceptance and approval. Though being in church all his life it wasn’t until he got burnt out with religious activities that he had a true and transformative encounter with the living God, the Lord Jesus Christ. During this time the Lord began to teach Sinclair the true meaning of salvation. A salvation that had nothing to do with work or earning God's approval, it was a salvation solely based on Jesus finished work on the cross!
Jami on the other hand had a very different upbringing and experiences. Being molested by several different people during her adolescence years lead her to using alcohol and drugs at a very early age. The sexual abuse left her very confused as to what a healthy relationship was. She found herself in and out of abusive relationships with men and multiple addictions. It was not until her late 30’s that she had a true and transformative encounter with the living God, the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Salters describe themselves as a hybrid of heaven. No doubt about it their marriage was ordained by God for such a time as this. TWO different races ,TWO totally different backgrounds ONE savior. Together they have one mission , to partner with Christ to fulfill His mission on earth .

Special guess, Jami Salters shares a testimony about her newly released autobiography "Confessions of an X-codependent"
In May 2020 right after the protests and riots started we felt God was calling us to do more. This birthed the prayer initiative movement. The first one was on June 6th 2020, 12 Locations throughout the city of Columbia . Our goal was to make a prayer chain around our city. We encouraged and invited believers to come and pray in unity with other believers, all races , all denominations and churches. We had people show up at every location. The testimonies of the presence of God was overwhelming. Every location looked completely different but we was united by Our prayers for God’s kingdom to come to earth as it is in heaven.
As we know we are living in paralysis times. So much is rapidly changing around us, We have often heard we are living in uncertain times, but as believers we can have a certainty in the promises of God. Since the first gathering we felt an urgency to continue gathering. If you would like to get involved please see the events page to get info on future dates , times and locations.
